Pre-Orders & Shipping Policy

At this time, our dolls are available for pre-order, a numbered Limited Edition Founder’s Release of 125 Layla dolls and 125 Cooper dolls. These are not mass-produced dolls. Each Doll For All is hand-crafted by artisans in Chattanooga, TN in the U.S.A. and uniquely customized to reflect a child’s limb difference. A doll can also be ordered without a limb difference, but the 31 parts are still assembled by hand. Because of this individual care, fulfillment takes time. Expect your personalized doll to be shipped 8 – 12 weeks after your order was received. If for any reason it takes longer, we will let you know via email.

Because of the unique nature of our doll-making process, skin tones may vary slightly.

Currently we are shipping to U.S.A. and Canadian locations only. The Doll For All can deliver to APO and FPO addresses, but we cannot guarantee delivery time to those locations. We will add countries overseas as soon as possible, but please note, at the present time we do not ship to internationally outside of the U.S.A. except for Canada.
