Our store uses Shopify, therefore it is Shopify payment methods that are accepted. Please make sure your credit card billing address is correct if it is different than your shipping address. If the financial institution associated with your credit card does not give authorization for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. COD orders are not accepted.

All prices, pictures and descriptions on our site are subject to change. The Doll For All Corporation is not responsible for inadvertent errors. When you place an order with us, you agree to the price and terms on our website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are not refundable.

Please note that until further notice, when you place an order with The Doll For All, it is a pre-order. We will process your order when it is received, but because of the nature of our hand-crafted process, including customization for a limb difference, the construction of your doll will take 8 – 10 weeks. If it takes longer to ship your doll, for any reason, we will email you with the progress.

This is being written at the beginning of the launch of our special product line, October 18, 2025. At this time, we are guaranteeing the first 10 Layla dolls and the first 10 Cooper dolls ordered will be shipped in time for Christmas 2025. The 8 – 10 weeks for pre-orders begins after these first 20 dolls have been shipped, some time in December. They will be made on a first-come-first-served basis. All dolls are expected to ship by May 1, 2026.

We are a small business, just launching after many years developing these unprecedented dolls. Not only can they be altered for limb different children, but they also have more joints than any other 18” doll on the market and are Made in the U.S.A.! After all these years, we are
thrilled to be getting these dolls into the arms of kids who will love them.

We are associated with another small business, Stract Corporation, which produces and assembles our dolls. As both our businesses grow, the wait time for pre-orders will decrease. We appreciate your understanding as we get these special dolls (and our businesses!) off the ground!
