Return Policy

With the individual craftsmanship that goes into making each doll, we are confident you will love it! However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, please give us the chance to make you a satisfied customer.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us at info@thedollforall.com within 14 days of receiving your doll and we will work with you to process the return and refund. Purchases from The Doll For All can only be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached.

If the doll you received was a gift and you are not the original purchaser, store credit will be issued.

If we receive the doll back and the packaging or the doll is damaged or missing any labels or pieces, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Who is responsible for the Return Shipping Costs?

Unless the doll was shipped to you in error or if the doll is defective and/or damaged, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you received an incorrect shipment, a shipment that is not yours or a shipment that is defective/damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue by providing you with a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.

If you receive a doll that was damage during shipment, please take a photo of it for our records.
